Paul Gie

Paul is the Head of Delian Alliance Industries UK. He has over 10 years of operational experience working in various National Security and defence-related roles in the UK and overseas. Paul is responsible for business development and customer success across the UK as well as NATO and FVEY allies.

Ioannis Souriadakis

Ioannis is the Lead Hardware Engineer. Before joining Delian, he completed his service with the Department of Research and Informatics of the Hellenic Army Academy.

Matthew Wright

Matthew is the VP of Operations. Before this, he led strategy & operations at a tech startup for six years, worked with former senior British diplomats advising companies on international growth, and researched terrorism for Prime Minister Blair’s former Chief of Staff.

Georgios Kontogiannis

Georgios is the Lead Software Engineer. Before joining Delian AI, Georgios was with Palantir UK. At Palantir, he developed and deployed large-scale digital twins for government and large corporate clients.

Pedro Proença

Pedro is the Lead State Estimation Engineer. Before joining Delian AI, Pedro was an engineer at NASA-JPL, where he developed localization and mapping software for Moon rovers and future Mars Helicopters.
